When we began building homes under the Prima family name more than 25 years ago, the trend in new construction was toward large developments with hundreds of less-than-distinctive homes. However, we had a different vision - we believed that smaller communities, with distinctive homes that reflected the individual homebuyer's needs, would provide a better quality of life for their owners.
